## Pricing questions

 Credits, plans, and billing, explained.

What counts as a credit? One credit per record returned. A request that returns 20 signals costs 20 credits. Errors and empty results are never charged.
Do credits roll over? Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Pay-as-you-go credit packs never expire, so they sit in your balance until you use them.
What's the difference between a plan and pay-as-you-go? A monthly plan gives you a recurring credit allotment at a lower per-credit rate plus higher rate limits. Pay-as-you-go is a one-time pack with no subscription, ideal for bursty or one-off usage.
Which plans include webhooks? REST access is on every plan. Webhook streaming of new signals is included from Growth and up.
Can I change plans later? Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period.
Is there really a free tier? Yes. Every new workspace starts with 50 free credits, no card required, so you can test the API against real data before paying.
Do you deliver data in bulk, to S3 or SFTP? Yes, as part of an enterprise agreement rather than a self-serve plan. We write scheduled, date-partitioned files to your own S3 bucket or SFTP host in CSV, JSON or JSONL, gzipped, filtered to your scope and incremental after the first load. See the bulk delivery page for how it works.
What does enterprise pricing look like? An annual licence on a maintained feed rather than a per-record rate. The number is set by which signals and geographies you need, how often the data lands, how it is delivered, the term, and whether the rights are internal-use or extend to your own product. Historical backfill at signing is included.
